Tidings from the East
As we prepare for the month of February, we see a month full of work. Having conducted a 2nd degree in January, we will have the MM degree on February 22nd. We will also conduct a 1st degree on February 1st, which is also our business meeting; at which we will vote on 2 petitions to confer the EA degree. It is good to be so busy doing the work of the Lodge and furthering Masonry.
I again extent an invitation to all of our Brothers to come to the Lodge and welcome our new Brothers and share with them your memories and insight about the Craft.
Time is of the essence with all of the work of the Lodge, we therefore have scheduled the memorial service for Brothers of Walden Lodge on April 5th. Please come and share your memories and stories of our fallen Brothers.

Greetings from the South
February may be the shortest month of the year, but it seems to be the time of year that poses the most questions.
Will the ground hog see his shadow?
Will Charlie Brown finally get a Valentine card from the little red head girl?
Why is it that I have to work on President’s Day?
These and many other pressing questions probably will not be discussed during our next business meeting, but you are still invited to attend.
