Greetings from the East.
I hope that everyone has had a restful and enjoyable summer. I also hope that you are looking forward to getting back to having our regular communications.
I want to thank everyone who made the Centennial Celebration a success. Many long hours were spent planning, re planning, and planning some more. And then we had to figure out how to implement the plans. In the end I think everyone had a good time and I have heard nothing but good things from other lodges.
I also want to thank those Brothers who stepped in at the last minute to fill in as we opened the lodge for the Georgia/South Carolina meeting. It never hurts to look over parts that you don’t plan on doing, because you never know when you may be called upon.
For our regular business meeting, I am planning to give a short lecture on Hiram Abif.
So please plan to join us in September.
